Pride in a Job Well Done

Jerry has been catering one to two lunches a month to our Law Firm for the past 4 years. We have been very Pleased with the variety of Menu selections whether it's on his menu or something you have in mind. Jerry is also helpful making suggestions and he can cook for 10 people or for 50.

Jerry always sets up a nice food presentation whether it is formal seating or buffet style. I can always depend on Jerry to have the food there on time, set up, hot and ready to go.

I have used Black Tie Catering for at least five events in the last year and I have been extremely pleased with them in every aspect. It starts with customer service over the phone to the timely delivery of the food to the well prepared meals and the smiling, courteous and efficient staff. I have other catering companies that want me to use them, but I have continued to chose Black Tie because of the fresh food, great taste, affordability and the wonderful comments I get from all who attend our events at Anderson. Thank you for the accommodating me the few times I have had an event come up at the last minute too. You're the best Jerry, I really appreciate your care and concern for our attendees and their food.

Fabulous!! As you know I make my living in the fine dining and wedding business, so it was a stretch for me to come up with something that would impress my wife
in a way that she has not experienced before. The amazing lunch that you and your team (Shaun and C.J.) prepared for us under the canopy at the park was (as my surprised wife later described) "just perfect!"

While we won't be able to do this "the same time every week" as Becky requested,we can find many variations on the theme of "fine-dining," and I know Jerry, that you and your wonderful team will be a part of helping me to make my wife feel special whenever I call on you.

After all the planning and preparation, the wedding and reception went off without a hitch. The food was excellent. The shish-ka-bobs were melt-in-your-mouth delicious! In fact, many of our guests commented on what a wonderful meal it was.

The best thing about having our reception catered by Black Tie Catering was that we didn't stress over the food preparation. We knew that you had everything under control, which gave us less to worry about on our wedding day. You and your staff were friendly and professional while preparing and serving a hot delicious meal. We really appreciated everything you did to make our wedding day extra special.
